Q: What is the maximum amount of trash we can place out?
A: The max amount that can be picked up during one pickup is one full tote and up to four additional bags on the side.
Q: What can we recycle?
A: There is a list of items we can recycle on our site. Please carefully review the accepted and non-accepted items.
Q: How do I get rid of Christmas trees?
A: Please notify us that you have a Christmas tree and we will give you the day to place it out. There will be a small fee.
Q: What is considered Yard Waste?
A: We remove lawn or garden vegetation. Example: Leaves, grass clippings, bundles of shrubs/limbs, brush, flowers, roots (no dirt) from lawn & garden.
Q: How do I get rid of bulk item, for example a couch?
A: We pick up bulk items on Saturdays. Fill out the contact us form and we will provide you with the pickup date and cost. Call the office for more details.
Q: Do you have dumpsters or roll-offs?
A: No. We currently do not offer this service.
Q: Are there additional or hidden fees for your service?
A: No. You are quoted a flat rate & no other fees are attached.
Q: When is my bill due?
A: The bill is due at the beginning of each quarter by the due date. If unpaid a reminder notice will be mailed out & late fees attached. Failure to pay will result in your household waste being left by the curb as an alert to contact the office. If still unpaid the can will be removed & service terminated. To restart service, the unpaid balance and the next service month must be paid up front.
Q: Can I place my account on auto draft?
A: Yes. Credit and debit is accepted. We currently do not offer checking auto draft. However, you may set up bill pay through your bank.
Q: When will my service be affected during a holiday?
A: Only if the holiday falls on your day of service. Other days will not be affected. ALWAYS have your waste by the curb the night prior.
